Biography
Leslie Stevens is an unusually diverse performer with skills ranging from classical concert dance to musical theatre principal work to acting for film and television. She was a soloist with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, touring the US and the world, with repertoire including Lou Conte, Twyla Tharp, and Margo Sappington. In the last 6 years she has danced in 12 productions with the LA Opera, as both soloist and principal artist. She performed on Broadway as the ingenue lead in La Cage Aux Folles, and with Julie Andrews in Victor/Victoria. Her regional theatre credits include both musicals and straight plays, from CAN CAN & Ray Charles Live at the Pasadena Playhouse last season to Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors at Actor's Theatre of Louisville.Genre
